Disaster Recovery

A critical part of handling any serious emergency situation is in the management of the Disaster Recovery Phase. By definition, the Disaster Recovery Phase is likely to involve, to a significant degree, external emergency services.

At GRG Storm Pro, our focus on disaster recovery is a reflection of our focus on people. We are a local company with national resources, which becomes even more evident in times of need, as we rebuild the communities that we both work and live in. We use our skills and resources to rehabilitate homes, schools, and community buildings that have been devastated by disaster. As a company, we believe it is important to support and provide recovery for our people and our communities in crisis.

The priority during this phase is the safety and well being of the employees and other involved persons, the minimization of the emergency itself, the removal or minimization of the threat of further injury or damage and the re-establishment of external services such as power, communications, water etc. A significant task during this phase is also the completion of Damage Assessment Forms.

In responding to almost every major natural disaster in the U.S. for over the past decade, our contracting and management teams have worked directly with clients to create and execute feasible and efficient programs that help residents and communities recover from traumatic disasters as quickly as possible.

GRG Storm Pro works across the nation and internationally executing a myriad of construction, development and infrastructure projects sponsored by the Federal government. With a healthy resume of land and marine-based experience, we have the ability to mobilize to any location required to further the efforts of various Federal government agencies and their second-level conduits to promote progress and protect our citizens from disaster.

We are committed to offering our skills and resources to provide assistance for those affected by disasters. We have aided in numerous FEMA projects and focused time and effort rebuilding homes after both Hurricane Sandy and Maria.
